ADAM F - BLEEP MIX #289 (257kbs-m4a/97mb/52mins)
Bleep podcast: 16th October 2024
"This is a mix of some of the new tracks I have been working on and released along with some tracks that I am feeling right now. Great music that will both work in a club but also in the car when you are driving down the M25. When I was putting this mix together I was feeling more of a street vibe and that guided my ears somewhat while also keeping the variety." - Adam F

RICHARD FEARLESS - BLEEP MIX #216 (257kbs-m4a/112mb/60mins)
Bleep podcast: 19th November 2021
"The mix was recorded at my studio, Metal Box, which is situated on a peninsula where the River Lea meets the Thames. I recorded it late at night, looking over the river and the adjacent steel factory. I used two Technics 1210s, my trusty old Vestax PMC-46 mixer and a RE-20 Space Echo pedal.
I only DJ with vinyl, a habit I don't think I'll ever break. Some of these records, like the Shake's Frictionlized and Florence, are 30 years old, so please excuse the scratches.
I didn't plan this mix, just decided on opening a record and rolled from there, which is how I play out - searching for blends and that magical feeling when two records meet and form something new, channelling the feeling of unity and escape that occurs when you get lost in the music." - Richard Fearless

Bleep podcast: 23rd February 2021
Former prog columnist and World Snooker champion Steve Davis joins his Utopia Strong collaborator Kavus Torabi (Gong, Knifeworld) for a blinder of a Bleep exclusive mix full of little-known and would-be prog classics, with nary a nod to well-trodden ground. The tone of the hour is one of ebbing and flowing forces; beginning with the tentative modular synthesis of Peter Frohmader's 'Spiral' and the raga-esque melodies of Hama's 'Ataraghine', the undercurrent of rhythms reaches its peak with the heavy, Neu!-flavoured space rock of 'Underglass' by OLD and some liquid Frippertronics from French cult legends Heldon.

MIRA CALIX - BLEEP × WARP RECORDS LIVE MIX #20 (257kbs-m4a/80mb/43mins)
Bleep podcast: 3rd February 2019
Recorded live at the Bleep × store in Dalston 3rd February 2019.
The Warp Records Bleep × takeover marked the last event at our pop-up shop in Dalston. Mira Calix, Plaid and Special Request all delivered sets that were energetic, playful and ultimately; incredibly fun. Here is the first recording of the bunch. Keeping with the bitter-sweet feeling that this were to be the last event held at the shop, Mira Calix produces an initially contemplative set that quickly morphs into a party-mix.
DAPHNI - BLEEP MIX #314 (LIVE AT LOFI AMSTERDAM 2025) (257kbs-m4a/328mb/2hrs57mins)
Bleep podcast: 18th February 2026
Celebrating his third Daphni album Butterfly, Dan Snaith unloads a bountiful three hour set recorded at Lofi Amsterdam in 2025 for this Bleep mix. With endless bounce, he presents playful switchups from sparkling kaleidoscopic sugar rushes to thick funk flips to heaving underground bass in between a generous helping of tracks from Butterfly, like the ticking timebomb of 'Two Maps' with robotic scrubs and thumps. The full spectrum is on display here: organic garage drums from Four Tet's KHLHI project, euphoric explosions of colour with Sofia Kourtesis, and the fluid subs and frenzied Morse code signals of Peder Mannerfelt's 'Geht's Noch?' remix.

DJ FOOD - BLEEP MIX #308 (257kbs-m4a/115mb/62mins)
Bleep podcast: 10th September 2025
To celebrate the release of the Telepathic Fish compilation, we have a special 'O Is For Orange 2025' Bleep Mix from DJ Food.
"A version of this mix first appeared in 2013 at a night to celebrate the release of Boards of Canada’s 'Tomorrow’s Harvest' LP release. It then morphed into an Audio Visual DJ set that I toured around the UK in 2019, playing the Bluedot festival to a packed tent that year. The idea was to thread Boards of Canada's music with original sample sources, tracks they'd remixed, fan remixes or songs that fitted their sonic blueprint.
I recently resurrected and refined the mix for a gig booking, updating it into a new version. This happened to be a week before I was due to deliver my guest mix to Bleep and it seemed to be too good an opportunity to pass up. I abandoned the mix I was going to deliver and put down the first hour of the 'Orange' set including a video mix to go with it. I used stem splitting apps to deconstruct some of the tracks into unique versions before video mixing it all on turntables using Serato then editing the footage in Premiere." - DJ Food

Bleep podcast: 20th March 2020
Earlier this year Matt Anniss released the book Join The Future - UK Bleep & Bass 1988-91. Some five years in the making it tells the story of the rise of British dance music during the late 80s and 90s. To coincide with this book, he has put together a compilation with some of the key tracks during this period. To celebrate the release of this compilation we have a special mix from Optimo (Espacio) founding member JD Twitch focussing on these genres Bleep Techno & Bass. JD Twitch effortlessly pulls together classics from the genre starting with the seminal Test Four from Richard H. Kirk and DJ Parrot, through his own remix of Nightmares On Wax's Dextrous, LFO, Tough Little Unit and Ital Rockers. "Playing a DJ set is so temporary that there's not much room for analysis. However, the permanence of an online mix is to me more akin to that of a tattoo - It's gonna stay with you forever! PINCH - BLEEP MIX #306 (258kbs-m4a/112mb/60mins)
Bleep podcast: 30th July 2025
For Tectonic's 20th anniversary, label boss Pinch rounds up some heaters from the label alongside their Tectonic Sound compilation. Spinning the whole bass spectrum, Pinch goes from broiling two step to scrubbing grime, with frazzled pulse discharging great energy beside Trim's idiosyncratic, expressive raps. Lighter moments like the whizzing, zipping, euphoric arpeggios of Peverelist's 'Feel Something' are offset by guttural moody bass, travelling from the club convergence of rattles and tings and brightly resonating metals on Bohdi's 'Bellcurve' to the heavy rotating bass of J. Sparrow's 'L33T SP33K', with slippery dub lasers echoing out.
"Here's me mixing live on CDJs for an hour, bringing you the sound of my sets right now, also bringing in some current and classic Tectonic tracks as part of our 20-year celebrations and showcasing a few tracks from the Tectonic Sound compilation too - that's out now!" - Pinch

Bleep podcast: 2019
The man born Rob Ellis is one of the most uncompromising producers in modern electronic music. His head is set firmly in stone on the Mt. Rushmore of Dubstep. His label, Tectonic, acts as a building block in the development of innovative UK Bass. He can dip his toes in the On-U Sound and create impeccable Dub/Bass/Low-End amalgamations with ease. The man is a machine! His collaborations with pioneer artists such as Shackleton, Mumdance and Adrian Sherwood have made for some of the most bone shattering sonics and earthquake inducing 12"s this side of the millennium.
We hope with this introduction you'll have an idea as to what the mix will sound like...driving, hypnotic, brutal...gun fingers at the ready!

Bleep podcast: 21st July 2021
For the 200th entry of our Bleep mix series, we bring you none other than Mark Broom, the British house and techno artist kicking up a storm under many guises since '89. As you can imagine, Broom's gathered quite a collection since those heady days, from which he draws a selection of gems for this mix.
"I've been digging through my vinyl collection recently & I've amassed quite a few classics over the years & this was the perfect excuse to showcase them in a mix. I've also included one track from my new album Fünfzig on Rekids & an exclusive edit of the Underground Resistance favourite 'Jupiter Jazz'" - Mark Broom
