Talking to Nemone, who combines her roles of DJ and qualified psychotherapist, Bob dives deep to share his story and the songs that have moved him and sound-tracked the ups and downs of his life.

Following Sugar's return after a thirty-year break, Bob reflects on his life and career as one of alt-rocks pivotal figures, looking back at some of the records and moments that shaped him, and looking ahead to Spring live dates with Sugar's original lineup.
