Sofia Kourtesis shares the music that has sound-tracked her life with Nemone. The Peruvian DJ and electronic extraordinaire delves into the influence her South American family and culture is part of her musical education.

Talking to Nemone, who combines her roles of DJ and qualified psychotherapist, Sofia dives deep to share her story and the songs that have moved her over the ups and downs of life.

Now based in Berlin, she talks about the mentors and collaborators that have influenced her career more recently, and what led her to make her latest EP Volver, in part inspired by the Pedro Almodóvar film of the same name. In this deeply personal episode, Sofia also talks openly and honestly about grief, and the struggles of moving forward after loss.
